Current Positions
Position Mandate:
This role is accountable for managing projects within their assigned program while adhering to PSPCS Project Management Processes. The position plans and oversees the daily activities of the project, the completion of project tasks, and monitors the adherence to project management process and project timelines. The successful candidate will exhibit high skill in leadership, general management, stakeholder relationship management, risk management, problem resolution, and a will exhibit a proactive attitude towards the project milestone delivery.
Key Activities Include (but are not limited to):
- In support of Program Manager, responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing projects assigned
- Identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project objective
- Ensuring appropriate management, customer and supplier involvement throughout the life of the project
- Managing project schedule and task details and utilize project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately
- Managing changes to project scope
- Adherence to PSPCS Project Management Process by evaluating the effectiveness of project tools and standards and finding ways to improve practices and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance or a related field
- PMP designation or Project Management Institute certification is considered a strong asset
- Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytic/project oriented environment with at least 2+ years of experience on a Project Manager role
- Previous experience in the payment industry considered an asset

Key Activities Include (but are not limited to):
- Follow all activities within the established QA Process
- Review and understand business, functional, and technical requirements specifications
- Develop test scripts in order to automate certain test scenarios
- Perform QA tests on new and existing but upgraded products based on signed-off strategy through the execution of test plans, and analyze results from system Specifications
- Maintain test cases and test plans for Front-end Platform applications
- Perform product certification tests as per test scripts (ET, UAT, Regression tests)
- Manage overall test status and test result reporting
- Report, track and follow up on defects using a defect-logging system
- Utilize various system utilities, networking, and verification tools to pin point subtle abnormal behaviours
- Report issues explaining steps to reproduce and specifying severity level and maintain the bug list in defect-logging system
- Work closely with vendors and third-parties (Ernex, MFS, Internal Software Development teams, Development Help Desk, IGate, etc.) to drive execution for optimal QA testing and delivery
- Communicate progress of product testing results to applicable stakeholders
- Provide feedback on specific business or process problems and make improvement recommendations when given the opportunity
- Analyze, test, document, and verify system change requests (defects, enhancements, new features etc.)
- Assist in the development and maintenance of an effective QA process within the software group
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study

- 1-3 years software QA experience specifically in browser based applications
- Solid experience in executing testing and analyzing the results
- Knowledge of HTML and Web Development
- Software development experience considered an asset

- Knowledge in a wide variety of development/scripting languages and technologies (Java, .net, PHP, Javascript, HTML/XML, iOS/Android development, etc.)

Position Mandate:
The role is responsible for managing the risk and controls associated with all applicable governance/compliance mandates (this includes, but is not limited to PCI compliance). This position is accountable to ensure the proper controls are in place, and monitored on a regular basis to ease end of year audit processes and to be the interface to the IT team during audit periods, coordinating meetings and evidence as required. The position will be responsible for identifying gaps in the control framework resulting in findings which may include recommended changes to operational processes and/or infrastructure.
Key Activities Include (but are not limited to):
- Work with the leadership team, ensuring all necessary PCI activities are captured into an on-going PCI compliance program
- Maintain and coordinate all PCI-DSS, PA-DSS and card brand audits and reviews, bringing deficiencies to management attention for risk ranking/remediation
- Identify and align controls objectives to meet specific regulations, guidance, frameworks, and industry best-practices as they related todata management and IT systems
- Review and assess existing processes and related documentation
- Mentor and manage the IT Compliance Analyst(s) reporting into this position
- Mentor and manage the Identity and Access Governance team, ensuring activities are aligned with the direction of the business, compliance and security requirements
- Manage the ongoing Identity and Access Governance program, automating activities and transitioning the IAM team to a higher level of role entitlement – effectively streamlining the provisioning and de-provisioning procedures internally at PSP-CS
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field of study
- CISA, CISM, ISSA, CISSP or other Audit/Security Designations
- Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
- 5-7 years of audit and/or compliance management experience
- 3-5 years of leadership/people management experience managing an IT Audit and/or compliance team
- Previous experience in the payment industry considered an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows/MS Office Applications
- Broad understanding of underpinning technologies, and infrastructure
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS and/or PA-DSS compliant environment
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal)
- Must be able to communicate complex technical problems in business language
